# Facebook Connectivity

## Issues with **Step 3 - Connect Facebook Page**

### Opt in page does not show in Access Tokens 

* Please make sure that your Developer Account is active.
* Make sure that you have permissions to edit the Facebook App.
* Make sure that your Facebook page is public and that you have permissions to access the page.
* This could happen when your Facebook Account/Developer account has been created recently. Please wait for few moments and try again.
